Our Story
Matilda Migration was founded by engineers who lived through the nightmare side of cloud migrations — weeks of unexpected downtime, lost data, and migration projects that ballooned 3x over budget. We knew there was a better way.
Starting from a blank sheet of paper, we designed a migration methodology built around risk elimination. Every stage of our process includes automated validation, continuous replication, and instant rollback capability. The result: we have never caused a production outage in any migration we have led.
Since our founding, we have migrated over 350 enterprise servers across manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and technology sectors — delivering an average of 40% cloud cost reduction within 90 days of go-live.
