He founded Matilda Migration to industrialize the migration process and eliminate the variability that causes enterprise cloud projects to fail. Damian holds AWS Solutions Architect Professional and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certifications.
Marcus Ellroy

Marcus spent a decade as a principal engineer at a major hyperscaler, designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud networking infrastructure. At Matilda Migration, Marcus leads the architecture practice, developing the wave-based migration patterns and automated validation frameworks the team deploys on every engagement. He is a contributor to several open-source cloud tooling projects and holds multiple AWS and Azure advanced certifications.
Priya Nairn
VP of Customer Engineering
Priya leads the customer engineering team that guides clients through every phase of their migration journey — from scoping and assessment through post-migration optimization. With a background in database engineering and enterprise application delivery, she brings a practical, client-first mindset that ensures migrations stay on time and within scope. Under her leadership, Matilda Migration has maintained a 97% on-time delivery record across all client engagements.
